I started my writing journey at the age of 8, writing little funky broken poems, sitting on the rooftop of my parents hourse, to express myself towards the nature. I sneakily used my siblings wasted school notepads left inside a rusted metallic wardrobe, so you can imagine I had an open office space touching the skies and me making my way up the little thin ladder leading to the upper level where we kept the water tanks; using this as a multi seating area, jumping from one step to another while composing my little musical words. I had never forced the words, never have done it in my life, i just let it come out naturally on its own, “muse”, if you are familiar with that word, can’t really describe how it works.

At the age of 9, I “forced” myself to be discovered by my teachers in a very funny way. I was surprised myself at how I did it as I was a super shy and a quiet person in front of other people. One thing I remember for sure is that I was always a stubborn kid who when “believes” will give it “whatever it take”. But that is another story to be told! Since my poems weren’t super prestigious at that little age and surely had to work a lot on that, my school’s administration decided to assign some pieces to me written by other known poets to perform the readings at national celebrations and thus started another journey beside my writing journey.

I was 12 when I was first selected to represent my country abroad in an international event for talented children in various domains from across the Arab world. It was one of the best memories from my childhood, that led to other chain of opportunities and blessed busy life.

At age 15, i joined the creative field accidentally and started my journey as a visual artist, beside studies and career pursuit, up until now; at which my hobbies are my endless fuel towards a passionate life.

A very key thought I carried inside from my childhood is that one good opportunity can always lead to another. All we need is courage to move ourselves outside the comfort zone and trust the process. These lessons have inspired me to believe that everyone has got something special, and I decided to push others to discover that other side within themselves. As when they are fulfilled with seeing the results, they outperform better in their life.
