It was the Global Launch of hashtag#GlobalLeadershipandCoaching Seminar. A beautifully curated holistic and integrated leadership program based on the bestselling book hashtag#GlobalCoaching by Philippe Rosinski.

The program was created from scratch under the able guidance of Philippe Rosinski, and our approach to leadership was constructively reframed. It was during this time I learnt the true value of bringing depth and detail to leadership interventions.

It was a lot of hard work, based on the level of detail that Philippe asked us look into, right from the pre-work until post workshop follow-ups, to all the small yet valuable additions to the program experience. But what I truly learnt and value even today is the strong foundation that was laid for transforming leaders in a responsible yet agile manner.
